- Supply Chain Management: Create and execute a worldwide supply chain strategy, working closely with our retail and operations partners across the globe to effectively manage volume flows and fullness for our fulfillment centers and delivery stations.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools to delight customers.
- Productivity Planning: Build and deliver productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Operations Managers to balance labor.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate performance objectives and metrics to determine inbound or outbound productivity requirements to achieve customer time, accuracy, and quality expectations.
- Collaboration: Partner with other managers to share best practices across shifts and the network.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of Operations Management experience in manufacturing, production, distribution environment or related industry. 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques experience.
- Skills: Excel skills required. English proficiency.
