- Provide well-documented analysis reports to suppliers as needed.
- Dispose of suspect material as scrap or material for reprocessing.
- Utilize A3 problem-solving methodology to identify and resolve problems, define causes, and implement containment actions.
- Support Product Engineers in complex failure analysis and containment action implementation.
- Complete domain understanding and application of procedures outlined in the Responsibility Matrix.
- Perform Product Audits based on defined timing.
- Inspect first pieces of production line to release line after change over, shift change, or maintenance.
- Identify and inventory suspect material for quarantine.
- Monitor product characteristics, stopping product and machine if necessary, to avoid waste and ensure quality.
- Define and execute containment actions as needed, suggesting improvement actions.
- Support continuous improvement activities.
- Release reworked product according to acceptance criteria, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
- Perform cross-section and solderability tests.
- Release production start-up process, validating equipment and product meet specified parameters.
- Verify operations are carried out according to product quality.
- Follow-up and closure of quality alerts.
- Perform cross-section and solderability tests.

- Support continuous improvement activities.
Comply with ESH policy and procedures (ISO 14001 & OSHAS) according to area of responsibility. Inform superiors of any abnormalities found in environmental, safety, health, and energy matters. Follow up to execute elimination or reduction of risks or dangers detected. Know risks associated with daily, routine, non-routine, and emergency work area, reporting incidents before leaving the plant. Stop operation upon detecting deviation affecting operation, safety, and health at work.
