About the Role
The Regional Security Manager will be responsible for developing and leading integral strategies related to Security to ensure the implementation of the most appropriate systems in line with Global and Regional Security requirements. This includes designing and implementing the Corporate Security and Protection Program, providing support and training to employees, and identifying and mitigating potential risks and liabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Corporate Security and Protection Program to provide support to operations in Latin America.
- Develop and execute a Personal On-Board program to protect employees through specific strategies focused on self-prevention, public risk management, and Security Culture.
- Provide support, training, and guidelines to identify the best way to solve crisis situations and special situations that the business may face during operations.
- Send reports requested by operations according to schedule, priority, and impact.
- Design and implement the Security program for travelers, expats, and business travel to avoid incidents and reduce impact.
- Implement Security Policies to provide support during professional events to identify risk and mitigate impact.
- Perform Risk Analysis to determine the real risk level of Kerry facilities and implement security countermeasures.
- Create an Information Security program with IT Security to reduce incidents associated with PC, copies, documents administration, Clean Desk, classification, and proper destruction methods.
Qualifications and Skills
- Security Administration bachelor degree or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in the private security sector as a corporate security manager with a focus on people, facilities, crisis management, special situation management, supply chain security, and distribution based on risk assessments and strategic security.
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP Certification by ASIS).
