About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst Assistant to join our high-achieving Consumables team. This role will play a crucial part in performing and coordinating financial information and reports for the Business Area. The specific role will be based in Irapuato.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and assure all costing at the site are accurate.
• Coordinate or prepare and submit accurate internal and external financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Work with the local team to review and control expenses.
• Review and analyze all accounting transactions generated from the site.
• Maintain proper control over assets, including inventory, and work with department managers to ensure internal controls are established, documented, and maintained.
• Contribute to the team's effort to ensure overall goals and targets are achieved.

Requirements
• Finance qualification, experience, or studies.
• Basic computer literacy in MS Office – Word and Excel.
• Ability to establish priorities.
• High oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
• Competency in Computer Software, including SAP, Microsoft Office, desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently while performing required tasks.
• Detail-oriented.
