TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead a team of cable assembly engineers in Hermosillo, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-speed cable assembly processes and coordinating with the manufacturing engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers to develop cable assembly processes and drive excellence in existing high-speed cable assembly lines.
- Reduce line startup and eliminate defects through process improvements.
- Act as the liaison between product development and cable assembly engineering to ensure effective collaboration.
- Communicate with project management to understand strategic business needs and prioritize projects accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical/electric related fields.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managerial roles in multinational manufacturing sites.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and other industrial methods/tools.
- 2+ years' experience in high-speed cable assembly production.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Familiarity with MS software and industrial specifications.
