Job Summary
As a Merchandise Coordinator at Autozone, you will be responsible for collecting merchandise requested by stores and hub feeder locations. You will meet pick tours with delivery schedules to avoid delays in truck departures. You will also support planogram designs and inventory control activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Recollect merchandise to serve SAT stores on time.
- Prepare packets to be delivered per AZ truck and courier.
- Support activities related to inventory maintenance as DC truck download, merchandise storage, planogramming, and report any suspect quantity identified during the pick tour.
Requirements
- Level of Formal Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.
- Experience: One to two years experience in Warehouse, Distribution Center and/or Inventory control preferred.
- Other/Preferred: Basic auto parts knowledge.
