Production Operator

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role ranges from $45,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform basic activities to assist in the manufacture and assembly of various products, following established facility processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Statistical Process Control standards for monitoring and control processes critical variables.
• Assist in operating basic production equipment and tools in the manufacture, assembly, and packaging of various products.
• Follow blueprints, guidelines, diagrams, and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
• Conduct basic equipment calibration, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production.
• Support Safety Incidents Investigation.
• Maintain production enablers up to date and up to standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Level Basic Understanding: Identifies primary operational functions of the organization.
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of decision-making process and associated tools and techniques.
• Judgment and Decision Making: Knowledge of decision-making process; ability to carefully evaluate the impact of emerging business situations.
• Engineering - MFG: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and methods of engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of philosophy, principles, and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing.
• Manufacturing Equipment: Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and logistics equipment used in manufacturing.
