Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ayudante General to join our team at Tamalerias Teresita. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our tamale products and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook tamales to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and well-maintained.
• Manage inventory and supplies to prevent waste and optimize efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
