Job Summary
We are seeking an Intermediate-level Human Resources Administrator to provide support to one or more functional areas of Human Resources. The successful candidate will serve as a customer point of contact for employees, answer routine questions, and escalate employee issues to higher levels when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer leaves of absence, including medical disability, FMLA/CFRA, PDL, and personal leave.
• Maintain tuition reimbursement program and track costs.
• Report analysis on a quarterly basis.
• Administer workers' compensation, including maintaining workers' comp files and reporting claims.
• Assist in New Hire Orientation, including preparing all hire packets.
• Conduct post-employment screening, including I9 and E Verify processing.
• Support AAP program compliance, including maintenance of I-9 records, EEO-1 reporting, and employee tracking logs.
• Update and maintain all employee training records in HRIS database.
• Administer training for New Hires and yearly mandatory refresher training through LMS.
• Maintain ELT Corporate Ethics compliance database and reporting updates.
• Act as Program administrator for Corp AMEX administration.
• Support corporate level activities, including company sponsored events, lunch & learn sessions, and other HR Programs.
• Maintain all employee files and confidential files, including all scanning for the department.
• Responsible for maintenance of HR intranet with current updated information.
• Maintain HR information centers, order department supplies & forms, etc.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

Requirements
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment legislation.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, including using a Windows-based operating system and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Read and understand visual aid.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and e-mail skills required.
