Key Responsibilities

  • Accomplish production schedules and ensure corrective actions are established for scrap, downtime, absenteeism, and customer complaints.
  • Ensure the correct use of materials, equipment, and tools through your work group.
  • Transfer process indicator goals to team members and coordinate resources to facilitate production programs.
  • Collaborate with functional areas to resolve problems and facilitate solutions.

Requirements

  • Professional equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years as Supervisor, Coordinator, or Superintendent in the electronic or automotive industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Advanced English is desirable
  • Leadership of multidisciplinary teams
  • Capacity for analysis
  • Knowledge and experience in SMT and Backend (Final Assembly) processes
  • Communication and organizational skills
