Job Role
This Senior Finance Professional will be responsible for managing the finance function for NAMER Region, including manual journal preparation, quality check and posting, P/L analysis and balance sheet reconciliation, and management report preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide expert advice to senior management on financial matters
- Support the development and implementation of financial strategies
Requirements
- Highly analytical with attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-growth environment
- Experience in analysis of income statements and balance sheets, period-end closing, preparation and review of journals
- Knowledge of drafting statutory financial statements and SAP
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
- Able to interpret accurately and respond appropriately
