This role will oversee the Human Resources Business Partner function, Facilities management, and ensure an exceptional employee experience. Key objectives include developing and executing HR strategies, driving operational excellence, and creating a positive work culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HRBP function, ensuring effective delivery of HR programs and services across the organization.
  • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Collaborate with Facilities to ensure a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs for local labor law compliance.
  • Partner with the executive team to identify organizational development needs.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record (minimum 6 years) in human resources, preferably in fintech or technology, with international experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience as an HR leader with senior management interaction.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data-based decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, strong interpersonal communication, and strategic thinking abilities. A proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and adaptability are also essential in this dynamic environment.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Spanish proficiency is required, and advanced English is necessary for this role.
