• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using developed knowledge and knowledge base

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues

• Accurately record and document service requests and resolutions in the ITSM Ticketing Tool

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on various IT systems and applications

• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and procedures

• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or related field

• 2+ years of prior Helpdesk experience

• ITIL Foundation Certification preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
