Job Title: Social Media y Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media y Community Manager to join our team at Wisefind. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Conduct social media listening and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes, and apply this knowledge to our social media strategy.
  • Work closely with our content team to develop and implement content calendars that align with our social media strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other social media personalities to amplify our brand message.
  • Manage and optimize our social media advertising budget to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Provide regular social media performance reports to our marketing team and leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
