Job Title: Market Intelligence Jr. Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Intelligence Jr. Associate to join our team at Elanco. As a key member of our market analysis team, you will be responsible for providing insights and data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and analyze market external data and marketing insights to inform business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external data sources and vendors to ensure access to high-quality data.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or statistics.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Access, and SQL.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish and English.
