We are looking for a Senior Account Growth Strategist to join our team in Mexico. You will own a revenue target for the accounts that you manage by:

  • Maintaining and encouraging a strong professional relationship with clients.
  • Executing account plans for each client.
  • Analyzing sales initiatives to achieve annual sales targets aligned with the annual plan.
  • Understanding data trends to identify, act on, and influence long-term strategies to maximize potential.
  • Tracking metrics to record the success of your assigned clients.
  • Motivating teams to meet business objectives and positioning Mattel as a strategic partner and preferred supplier for our customers.

This role requires more than 4 years of experience with key accounts (Modern Trade), proven track records leading successful negotiations, ability to develop and grow business, strategic mindset, collaboration, high analysis capacity, and results-oriented individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
