Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Nordson MEDICAL. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient storage, retrieval, and shipment of materials and products to meet customer demands.

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management, streamline processes, and maintain high-quality standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving, storing, and shipping materials and products in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting cycle counts to ensure data accuracy
• Collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth material flow and efficient use of resources
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries in a professional manner
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP/MRP systems
