Monica Estrada seeks a skilled Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment taking calls from customers located in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding their accounts.
Billing Explanation- Explain billing details to customers and resolve any discrepancies.
Create New Accounts- Assist customers with creating new accounts.
Requirements:
Advanced English Level B2- The ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
Full Availability- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
No Experience Required- We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $15,000.00 per month and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Work Location:
This role is based in person at our office location.
