Key Responsibilities- Support Manufacturing Team Performance: Collaborate with the manufacturing team to meet safety, sales, productivity, and cost targets.
- Drive Process Improvement: Define and implement multiple improvement projects for the valve area, ensuring that processes meet or exceed established goals.
- Analyze and Resolve Issues: Analyze problems, propose solutions, and provide written instructions for deviations or modifications to processes, materials, or specifications.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure adherence to procedures, standards, and specifications established in the quality management system and by the EHS department.
- Develop Improvement Projects: Develop projects to make processes and/or products more efficient, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- Communicate Progress: Hold information meetings on departmental status, projects, and future plans.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in manual and automated manufacturing processes or equivalent experience in mechanical, electromechanical, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving capability, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal skills to facilitate effective communication of technical ideas.

- Calibration Experience: Proven experience in calibration of control valve instrumentation (using HART devices is helpful).
- ISO 9000:2015 Knowledge: Knowledge of the requirements and foundations of the ISO 9000:2015 certification.
- Safety and Ergonomics Knowledge: Basic knowledge of safety, ergonomics, and accident prevention concepts.
- Process Route Knowledge: Knowledge of elaboration of process routes and costing by standards.
- Continuous Flow Process Experience: Experience in design and implementation of one-piece continuous flow processes.
- System Design Experience: Relevant industry experience with a proven track record of handling system design, implementation, and factory/site acceptance test phases of projects (process automation, systems, and instrumentation).
- Software Experience: Experience using software/applications (Oracle, MS Office, Solid Edge, Project).
