About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Coordinator to join our Security team in Ensenada, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for compiling reports, maintaining records, and ensuring the accuracy of security data.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze security reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security incidents and near-misses
- Support the implementation of security protocols and procedures
- Participate in security awareness training and education programs
- Conduct regular security inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in security risk management and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
