PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for facilitating timely invoice processing, resolving supplier invoice exceptions, and ensuring compliance with our internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain templates, create, approve, and manage requisitions, POs, blanket POs, and track status
- Record and approve manual A/P invoices
- Review AP invoice aging and AP AP reconciliation to ensure compliance
- Facilitate manual invoice payment execution
- Monitor shipping ETAs and manage customs clearances
- Coordinate master data updates, including information records, material codes, outline agreements, and bills of material
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from internal teams and suppliers
- Coordinate between suppliers and internal AP teams for timely invoice processing
- Resolve invoice exception resolutions related to suppliers
- Write standard operating procedures and build process maps for new processes
- Prepare other documents to support sample delivery, utilization of goods, and stock usage
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal teams and suppliers
- Strong organizational, investigative, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel)
- Excellent English level
- Professional presentation experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience
