Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Support: Offer expert technical guidance to customers and dealers on Thermo King products, resolving complex issues and improving equipment reliability.
- Train Technicians: Develop and deliver training programs to dealers' and customers' technicians, enhancing their knowledge and skills on Thermo King products.
- Audit Dealer Network: Conduct regular audits to ensure our dealers are meeting our quality and warranty standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new areas for Thermo King product expansion, recommending new dealer locations to support our customers.
- Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by dealers and customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Improve Product Quality: Collaborate with Thermo King engineering and quality teams to propose and implement improvements to our products, enhancing their reliability and performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable in refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Portuguese is an advantage.
