We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Celekta Servicios Profesionales SC.

About the Role:

This mid-senior level position is responsible for leading and coordinating the administrative team, overseeing financial management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing administrative processes to drive business profitability and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a high-performing administrative team to achieve strategic goals.
  2. Develop and implement effective financial management strategies to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  3. Ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations, managing risks and optimizing profitability.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets, controlling costs and improving operational efficiency.
  5. Analyze accounting records, strengthen internal controls, and supervise invoicing and collection strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, preferably with a Master's in Administration or Finance.
  2. Advanced English language skills (spoken and written).
  3. Valid VISA and passport required for travel.
  4. Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
  5. Experience in leadership and team development, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating team members.
  6. Ability to optimize resources, prioritize tasks, and lead change.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP, and Salesforce, with experience in foreign trade operations.
