Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of our warehouses, including truck unloading, putting away, storing, picking, and truck loading.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality checks and specified rules.
- Assemble and load product on delivery trucks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Load product pallets following standard operating procedures in accordance with the daily delivery schedule.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including conducting monthly inventory reconciliations and supervising daily inventory shipments.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment and capable of defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.).
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs./25kg.
- Relevant licenses to operate equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working in warehouses and with 3PLs (desirable).
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
