KSC Karoll Constructive Solutions is seeking a skilled Cost Assistant to help drive the success of our construction business.
**Education Requirements:**
Civil Engineering or Architecture degree is required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Generate accurate work cost volumetry and prepare a catalog of work concepts to obtain a budget for projects.
Quote the cost of subcontractors and materials necessary for project execution.
Prepare unit price cards and make total project budgets.
Prepare and review weekly estimates to present work carried out to clients and estimates of progress.
**Preferred Skills:**
2+ years of experience in the cost area, proficiency in office package and AutoCAD, and experience with Opus.
