About the Role
SAP is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our team. As a Business Process Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business goals by implementing and optimizing SAP Success Factors ECP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Gain expertise in SAP Success Factors and provide creative solutions to address problems.
- Deliver billable components that meet a customer's needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Success Factors.
- 2 full life cycle SAP HCM/SSFF implementations.
- Good knowledge of Employee Central component, HCM line of businesses and processes, and SSFF integrations with HCM and SAP products.
- Good presentation and communication skills, with a good command of the English language.
- Able to work in an intercultural team.
