About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Consent Integration Expert to join our dynamic Consent and Privacy Operations Team at Refinitiv. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of a centralized consent management platform across our enterprise.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain integration processes using the Boomi AtomSphere platform, including Cloud Integration, REST APIs, and configurations for Boomi batch processing.
  2. Integrate OneTrust consent management module with external web forms and APIs.
  3. Set up and manage Apigee proxies to ensure secure and efficient API communication.
  4. Configure front-end security libraries to ensure data protection and compliance with privacy regulations.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Adobe Experience Manager and other platforms.
  6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for consent management-related issues.
  7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Privacy Operations and Consent Management.

About You

You're a fit for this role if you meet all or most of these criteria:

  1. Experience with Apigee proxy setup and front-end security library configuration.
  2. Hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere platform for design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes.
  3. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager is preferred.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  6. A customer-oriented approach to problem solving.
  7. Experience in Privacy Operations and Consent Management.
  8. Understanding of third-party consent management modules and their integration approaches.
  9. Knowledge of privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
