Job Description:

The System Administrator - IAM Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and continuously improving IAM applications including CyberArk.

They will execute technology changes aligned with company policy and work with team members and business stakeholders to identify new ways to provide value with existing tools and toolsets.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain IAM applications including CyberArk
  • Execute technology changes aligned with company policy
  • Work with team members and business stakeholders to identify new ways to provide value
  • Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the onboarding and/or uplift of applications/systems specific to Identity & Access Management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience administering/supporting CyberArk in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and/or other identity providers
  • Experience with Role Based Access (RBAC) and principles of least privilege
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
