**Job Summary**

The Treasury Manager is a critical role within the Accor Hotels organization, responsible for providing operational cash and banking support for the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific region. This position works closely with the regional Treasury Director and the Group Treasury team to manage treasury-related activities, including liquidity monitoring, cash pooling, bank accounts, and relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage queries from business units, banks, and other financial institutions, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements within banking and liquidity management activities, driving efficiency and cost savings.
  • Ensure business units understand and adhere to the Group's Treasury Policies, promoting a culture of compliance and risk management.
  • Assist in ensuring entities have an optimal capital structure and are appropriately funded, taking into consideration tax and regulatory constraints.
  • Monitor and oversee the liquidity positions and administration of cash pooling activities for entities in the region, ensuring alignment with Group policies.
  • Assist in the administration of Citi's T&E card programs for the region, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Support treasury projects for the region/country, including Transformation, to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Monitor the execution of the Group's dividend distribution policy, ensuring entities have an optimal capital structure and support centralization of cash to Accor SA.

**Requirements**

  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity monitoring, and bank account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
