Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting customer deployments of Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
Key Responsibilities:- Configure applications to meet customer-specific business processes.
- Create and maintain system-related documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, and configuration worksheets.
- Identify problems, research alternatives through testing and consulting with peers.
- Prepare presentations, drive/gain consensus from implementation team, and implement timely and well-thought-out solutions.
- Support end-to-end business process testing of the Unifier application prior to end-user acceptance testing.
- Support the development and design of overall solutions to meet customer needs.
- Lead and direct configuration resources.
- Deliver prepared training materials when needed.
- Prepare hand-off and custom project training documents.
- Bilingual - Spanish & English required.
- Experience with Unifier required.
- Experience with Primavera P6 EPP preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a cross-matrix team.
- Must be able to articulate complex concepts to audiences of varying perception levels.
- The ability to follow-through on all projects.
- Must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn.
- Quick Study, self-starter, not afraid to learn from trial and error.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word is required.
- The candidate should also have a high level of attention to detail.
- Prefer Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of customer-facing or consulting experience.
- Enterprise Software implementation experience working for a software company.
- Previous systems (integration) experience with Oracle CRM, ERP, and HRM systems are welcome.
