We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Restock guest rooms with amenities and supplies, and ensure that all appliances are in working order.
- Make beds, fold linens, and clean bathrooms to the highest standards.
- Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items, and ensure that all areas are tidy and organized.
- Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report any maintenance problems or safety hazards.
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- No related work experience necessary.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance, and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
