About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our Pfister Capital Product Sales team in FLSmidth Cement. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Pfister feeders in adjacent markets, providing full sales service to clients, and working proactively to service existing clients and search for new ones.

Your Responsibilities

  • Selling Pfister capital feeders in adjacent markets.
  • Work proactive to service our clients and searching for new clients.
  • Permanent updating of the installed base in his sales area and feeding our CRM.
  • Be fully responsible for the sales success / budget in the corresponding sales area including supporting the OI budget planning.
  • Act as a consultant to our clients.
  • Co-operate with agents where applicable.
  • Travelling shall be a fun factor.

What You Bring

  • Some years of experience in sales.
  • Technical education (Engineer or technician).
  • Commercial experience for contract negotiations.
  • Open minded to diverse countries, cultures and people.
  • Be able to act in competition in our markets.
