- Knowledge of data technologies, including NoSQL databases, ETL tools, and data warehousing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
- Experience working with banking products, including loans, mortgages, credit cards, and offers.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
