We are seeking a highly technical and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our App Platform team at Zillow. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering platform capabilities that enable our mobile app development teams to build at scale.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to develop and manage deployment, evolution, and developer support plans for our mobile app platform offerings. You will also help develop new metrics based on customer developer experience data and use the four DORA metrics and other SDO metrics to make prioritization decisions and communicate impact.

- Identify what truly matters and find ways to deliver value quickly by building a deep understanding of our customers through surveys, product analytics, and shadowing customers.
- Champion our new app APIs, tools & services, and the value they offer, with engineering teams across Zillow Group.
- Drive scalability of build system and CI/CD pipeline, documentation, and automated release process.
About You
We are looking for a highly technical and experienced Senior Product Manager who has a proven track record of delivering platform capabilities in a fast-paced and rapidly growing business environment. You should have a deep understanding of mobile engineering tools and patterns, including CI/CD, and be able to write technical specifications as needed.
You should also have experience with growing operational maturity across mobile app teams and supporting this growth through adoption of modern mobile development practices and tools and architectural 'building blocks'. A Platform as a Product approach is essential, as you will be working closely with developers to abstract problems that improve their experience and agility.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years in a product or program management role.
- Deeply technical with experience with CI/CD, mobile engineering tools and patterns, and a strong understanding of cloud compute infrastructure, security, and IAM.
- Familiarity with growing operational maturity across mobile app teams and supporting this growth through adoption of modern mobile development practices and tools and architectural 'building blocks'.
- Platform as a Product approach with a strong understanding of developers as your primary customer.
- Highly analytical with experience using data to make decisions and comfortable assembling it yourself or working with others.
- Product Owner with experience defining products, working with partners, and shipping features.
- Outcome-oriented with experience cutting to the core of a problem, identifying what needs to be done and when, and working with the development team to get solutions shipped.
- Strong written and oral interpersonal skills in English and Spanish.
