Job Summary:

Sowclean Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to fill the role of General Maintenance Officer. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. General Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and painting work, to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
  2. Cleaning and Sanitation: Conduct high-pressure washing, scrubbing, and carpet/surface cleaning to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  3. Event Support: Assist with setting up event rooms and other areas as required.
  4. Other Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by the site manager, including but not limited to, general cleaning and maintenance.

Requirements:

  1. Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and have completed National Service.
  2. Citizenship: Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
  3. Language: Must be able to speak English fluently.
  4. Technical Skills: Possession of electrical, mechanical, or plumbing knowledge is an added advantage.
  5. Attitude and Skills: Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a hands-on approach and a willingness to learn.
  6. Class 3 License: Possession of a Class 3 license is an advantage.
  7. Training and Development: Inexperienced applicants are welcome, and training will be provided to ensure their success in the role.

Work Schedule:

This role offers a flexible work schedule, with working hours from 9am to 6pm.
