We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Project Manager - Senior to join our team at Oliver+. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex digital projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and UX teams, to identify project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and goals, and use this knowledge to inform project decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve project management processes and deliverables.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex digital projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and goals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies.
