Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring all areas are clean and sanitized.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
- Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
- Sort, soak, and wash/re-wash silverware.
- Break down dirty bus tubs and empty trashcans and dumpster area.
- Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
