Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at British American Tobacco. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing distribution plans and production requirements to ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain finished goods replenishment plans to meet customer demands
  • Provide tactical replenishment plans to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Maintain finished goods stock levels in accordance with inventory policies
  • Create distribution models for new product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Analyze and maintain tolerances for supply alerts
  • Ensure timely and accurate information is available for replenishment requirements
  • Contribute to regular reviews of inventory policies and identify potential inventory liabilities
  • Manage exceptional requests through the supply chain to ensure effective response
  • Manage orders, forecasts, and end-market portfolios

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in supply chain planning
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills
  • Good customer engagement skills
  • Influential and convincing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
