Responsibilities- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a General Accountant position, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus.
- Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mexican and IFRS GAAP.
- Familiarity with balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Experience in fixed assets management, including capitalization, retirement, depreciation, and physical inventory.
- Control of inventories, including standard cost, physical inventory, revaluation, and reserves.
- Experience with balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Ability to attend audits with external firms and internal audits.
- Understanding of internal controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is a plus.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
