We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Supervisor to join our team at Ford. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cyber Security Framework and Industry Standards: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cyber security frameworks and industry standards, including NIST CSF, ISO27001/2, OWASP, and others.
- Security Vulnerability Management: Assist teams in triaging and addressing security vulnerabilities, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Identity and Access Management: Provide expertise on best practices for IAM flows and grant types, OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML standards.
- API Security: Experience with API security best practices to protect sensitive data and services.
- Cryptography: Knowledge and experience using crypto algorithms and functions to build secure solutions.
- Security Awareness and Training: Familiarity and ability to explain common security flaws and ways to address them, including the OWASP Top 10.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Experience mentoring and coaching team members to develop and acquire cyber skills.
- DevSecOps and Agile Principles: Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, Agile Principles, and security policies.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles and industry standards.
- Experience with security vulnerability management and remediation.
- Knowledge of IAM flows and grant types, OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML standards.
- Experience with API security best practices.
- Knowledge and experience with crypto algorithms and functions.
- Familiarity with security awareness and training.
- Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
