Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse, including receiving finished goods from manufacturing and outside vendors, and coordinating the picking, skidding, and labeling of customer orders in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate all outgoing freight to ensure conformance to loading patterns and prevent shifting or damage to material or product during transit.
  2. Audit to ensure compliance with special customer requests, including special instructions, such as routing, packing, and labeling.
  3. Recommend measures to improve shipping and receiving methods, equipment performance, and quality of process.
  4. Post Warehouse daily audit metrics along with corrective actions to avoid repetitive issues.
  5. Expected to spend a minimum of 70% of working time engaged in coordinating and auditing, 30% in picking and labeling.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator who possesses the following qualifications:

  1. High School diploma or GED required and/or equivalent work experience.
  2. Minimum of two years experience in a warehousing, stockroom, or closely related role required.
  3. Must have proven skill with warehousing, inventory, and shipping/receiving.
  4. Proven communication and organizational skills.
  5. Must be computer literate with experience in data entry.
