Server (A)

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Solaz a Luxury Collection Resort Los Cabos. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
• Answer questions about menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability.
• Record transactions in our point-of-sale system.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and/or beverage.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, china, and glassware throughout the day.
• Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights.
• Present the check to guests and process payment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and up and down stairs.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

• Supervisory experience is not required.
• No license or certification is required.
