Beauty Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Beauty Sales Director to join our team in México City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with new retailers, and developing unique customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- The Ultimate Host: Supervise daily operations in our lab, maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation, manage scheduled events, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Booster: Implement sales strategies, develop promotions, and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals.
- Experience Innovator: Assist with photoshoots, participate in innovation team launches, and organize masterclasses to engage customers.
- Retail Hunter: Build relationships with new retailers, deliver materials and products, train sales staff, and coordinate logistics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills in English, and ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional shopping experiences.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Estimated Salary: 120,000 MXN - 180,000 MXN per year (dependent on experience)
