**Responsibilities**:
As a SAP Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within the stipulated scope, and budget.
- Leading the initiation and planning of projects, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Developing a detailed plan to monitor and track project progress.
- Understanding and managing complexities and dependencies across tasks and activities that can affect project performance.
- Coordinating with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Managing relationships between the IT organization and business stakeholders.
- Measuring project performance using appropriate project management tools.
- Performing risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
- Reporting and escalating to upper management as needed.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Steping in as a team player to help with business analysis, testing, or training activities.
- Managing written and oral communications for project or team tasks, including reporting, meetings, and facilitating project conversations or workshops.
- Defining, measuring, and communicating project KPIs to evaluate the health of the project and quality of project delivery.
- Collecting, measuring, and communicating outstanding issues and bugs, ensuring prompt resolution.
**Qualifications**:
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and at least two to four years of related experience, with a proven track record. Product or industry certification in the SAP area is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Self-starter with the ability to learn existing and new tools and technologies.
