About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring the efficient management of inventory, equipment, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coding and Receiving/Shipping Operations: Ensure accurate and timely receipt and dispatch of goods, including coding and preparing proper paperwork.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Improvement: Maintain equipment and facilities, and identify and recommend technical improvements as necessary.
  • Inventory Management and Optimization: Optimize warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization, and supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping operations.
  • Quality and Efficiency Improvement: Recommend measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or similar engineering.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in similar positions.
  • Skills: Knowledge of SAP, inventory management, cycle counting, system inputs, merchandise shipments, root cause analysis, data analysis, and Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Language: Intermediate English.
  • Work Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Thursday).
