- Stay up-to-date with changes in Mexican labor law and ensure compliance.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct workforce planning, development, and headcount control.
We are looking for an individual with a strong leadership background in the textile or apparel manufacturing industry, coupled with a proven track record of enhancing production processes and team performance. Your strategic planning skills and ability to adapt to evolving industry trends will be key to our facility's success.
- University degree in Sewing Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in an industrial sewing or textile manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of sewing production processes and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
