**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Accountant to join our team at Grupo Prodensa, a leading company in the manufacturing industry.

As a Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing costs related to production processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial management.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per month, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with industrial manufacturing business processes and manage cost accounting functions.
  • Track production plans, verify working hours, and supervise abnormal material requisitions.
  • Promote the establishment of cost accounting standards, such as material quotas, working hours quotas, cost analysis, and cost control.
  • Analyze standard cost vs. actual cost differences and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate in formulating and optimizing the company's financial management systems and procedures.
  • Conduct regular stock counting, analyze profit/loss situations, and classify reasons for discrepancies.
  • Report monthly cost situations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support annual audit work and provide necessary information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Proficient in using Office software and financial software, especially JDE system.
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial roles within manufacturing enterprises.
  • Strong learning ability, teamwork spirit, and adaptability under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
