Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Delta Hotels Riviera Nayarit An All-Inclusive Resort in Mexico. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and unique experience.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
• Stock carts and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and amenities

• 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Marriott International's standards and policies
