Order Administrator LATAM

The Order Administrator LATAM role at Emerson involves overseeing Quote to Cash processes for Tier 0 & 1 Orders, ensuring exceptional customer care and efficient order follow-up. This position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve business objectives and meet monthly commitments.
Responsibilities- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Schedule weekly calls with customers to ensure orders meet requested dates.
- Directly address and resolve customer disputes.
- Provide customers with Order Status Reports.
- Proactively handle the order backlog.
- Supervise and report on order status regularly.
- Follow up on commitments and delivery achievements with customers.
- Assess sales estimates on a monthly basis.
- Weekly monitoring of critical orders with the sales team.
- Analyze risks and opportunities based on credit status, customer feedback, plant deliveries, logistics timing, and service operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
- At least 1+ years of experience in order administration and resource management.
- Experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
