Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Superintendent to join our team at Humano Agency. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage material integrity, human, and administrative resources to meet business objectives and quality conservation for our customers.
  • Implement corrective actions on the floor to ensure compliance with the Quality System and Manufacturing Systems.
  • Develop and implement quality plans for new launches and design changes.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English.
  • 3+ years' experience as a quality superintendent in the Automotive industry.
What We Offer

$80,000.00 per month salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.
